The Kejriwal phenomenon - A dream child sired by neibhbourhood...

 It has been in the nature of history that the change which some overzealous but incompetent do gooder promises is sired by his opponents later.You need more than a knowledge of genetics to produce childen. i am just keeping my fingers crossed to see if Kejriwal has the "vigour" to produce the child he has "conceived", or will a neighbour claim fatherhood.


Can i deny the jolt the IDEA has given to the system.?? No, the system is a clever mammoth.. it always pretends to be shocked by any idea only to kill it with a gentle embrace....typical response f any system to any new idea, real or put on......wait for the fatherhood.
