Let your friends choose you, but choose your enemies carefully. Nothing describes you better than the quality of your enemies. And if the quality of your enemies is better than your own, you will find no better way to get educated than to learn from them. It never pays to quarrel with a man less fortunate than you. And enemies? I only mean people you are not large enough to befriend. Try deserving their friendship.
